Erik Griffin doesn't just work in entertainment - he shapes it. A comedian, actor, and director whose fingerprints are all over some of the biggest moments in comedy, Griffin first planted his flag as the iconic Montez Walker on Comedy Central's WORKAHOLICS - and has been building an empire ever since. On the directing side, Griffin has stepped behind the camera in a big way, directing all of Matt Rife's Netflix comedy specials - including Natural Selection (2023), Lucid (2024), and A Christmas Crowd Work Special (2025). Turns out the man is just as sharp calling the shots as he is delivering them. His Hollywood resume keeps growing. Griffin appeared in THE EVERYTHING POT and landed a role in BEHEMOTH - the highly anticipated film starring Pedro Pascal, written and directed by the legendary Tony Gilroy (Andor, Michael Clayton). No big deal. Griffin starred as a series regular in Showtime's dark-comedy I'M DYING UP HERE, set in the infamous L.A. stand-up scene of the '70s, alongside Melissa Leo, Al Madrigal, and Ari Graynor - executive produced by Jim Carrey. He also delivered not one but two Showtime comedy specials: THE UGLY TRUTH and AmERIKan WARRIOR, streaming now. His television credits read like a very fun binge list: BLUNT TALK (Starz) with Patrick Stewart, Netflix's ONE DAY AT A TIME, FX's YOU'RE THE WORST, BOB'S BURGERS, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, and Nickelodeon's HARVEY BREAKS. Oh, and MIKE & DAVE NEED WEDDING DATES on the film side, because why not. A nationally touring headliner who owns every stage he steps on, Griffin's comedy DNA is also locked in his debut album Technical Foul: Volume One and his Comedy Central Presents half-hour special. Please note, there is a 2 item per person minimum in the showroom. This can be any combination of food items or beverages. This does NOT include items bought in the basement at the Bier Baron Tavern. Justin Silva was born and raised in New Haven, CT. He started doing comedy at the age of 21. Prior to comedy, he was an electrician full-time, and a server at chili’s part-time. The workforce was not working out for him. After his first comedy show, he learned it was where he belonged. Justin fell in love with being on the stage and making people laugh. A year and a half later, he quit his jobs to pursue his dream. Justin got on stage as much as he could. Attending open mics. Performing for free at comedy shows and accepting hosting gigs for very little to no money. In efforts to share his comedy with the world, he began making content and posting on social media. Buzz, traffic, and popularity all grew up and blew up. He decided, with his fiancé Ashley Cotto, it was time to leave Connecticut and take the leap of faith to move to Florida. Justin continued to grind and work hard every day to become a bigger act. He wants to create people’s favorite space to laugh and is currently touring in a 2024 Worldwide Tour. He believes what you put in this game is what you get out of it. Justin will continue to put in all that he can, with great faith that he gets everything he can out of it. Creating content, performing comedy year-round while providing for his family, and keeping the faith in making a living; his 5 children are his main inspiration and drive him every day to conquer his dreams. After crushing it in our lounge showroom in 2022, Liza jumped up to the main showroom in 2023 and 2025. Now she's back for more in 2027. Hilarious, honest and with a distinct perspective -- her family emigrated from Ukraine when she was a child -- she's been climbing the stand-up ladder quickly the last few years. She's also found success on screen and in the podcast world: She's the co-host of "That's Messed Up," which breaks down episodes of "Law & Order: SVU" each week.
