Sausage Gravy Biscuit Bombs

Instructions

1. Spoon prepared sausage gravy into an ice-cube tray and freeze until solid, about 24 hours.
2. Flatten each biscuit into a wider round. Place one frozen gravy portion in the center.
3. Fold the biscuit dough up and over the gravy, overlapping and pinching the dough closed.
4. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake according to the biscuit package directions, adding about 2 extra minutes because of the frozen filling.
5. Serve hot, taking care because the gravy center will be very warm.
